About the Contest:

Everyone knows that in mythology, we found many legendaries beasts and fantastical creatures that facinates our imaginary for centuries and appears in many books and stories. Unfortunately, many of those myths are losing their folowers and those myths/cultures are vanishing with their people.

This contest theme is draw one of those "lost" creatures, gods and myths. Each participant will recive an ancient, you will not choose one, me and my twin sis

will give you which ancient civilization you will have to ilustrate and tell at the descripition the myth/legend about this ilustration.

(We're doing this 'cause we know it's very convenient you choose a myth that it's easier for you to draw ex: you're an wolf artist, you choose an cerberus. It's obvious this isn't be very hard for you)

Rules:

When we pass to you your ancient civilization theme, you will need to search about it. Of course, bibliograph is OBRIGATORY. Who just copy and paste texts and didn't put the link of the original site IS OUT.
Any tecnique will be permited (digital, traditional, and mixed media). We just DON'T ACCEPT: photomanipulations, recolors, bases and copies.
We will avaliate the criativity, composition, colors, tecniques, theme and what you've learned about the culture. We will avaliate you as a professional would do, so do it with affection and profissionalist.
BGs are not required, but you can do if you want to. This will not make you better than others 'cause we will be more criticism with the BG.
IT's totally not allowed to create fantasy creatures! No creation, no OCs and, of course, NO FANART. As said, we want you to learn about cultures, not create one by your own.
